How do I join?
Just click on FREE TRIAL wherever you see it on the site. The registration process only takes a minute, and you’ll be asked for your contact details (including email address), a password for your account, and a debit or credit card number - But please note that you will not be charged unless you decide to carry on using MyMovieStream after your Free Trial, as a full member. Your free trial will begin as soon as you join and you can cancel or change your details at any time.

How much does it cost?
Your Free Trial is free, of course!
After that - just £9.99, £12.49, £14.99 or £24.99 per month, depending on whether you have chosen the 1, 2, 3 or 5-disk package. This monthly rate is charged when your full membership begins (when your Free Trial finishes) and entitles you to 1, 2, 3 or 5 disks "out" at any time with no limit on the number of rentals each month. Your monthly rate is all-inclusive and covers all the First Class Postage, both ways. And because there are no return dates, there are no late fees either.

Why do I have to provide my debit/credit card number when I sign up?
So that you only need to register your details once, at the beginning of the free trial. It also helps us to ensure that your details are genuine, and protects us against customers who may attempt to keep DVDs after cancelling the free trial.

Why can't I use my Solo card?
Solo cards are available to anyone over the age of 12. Because many of the DVDs available on MyMovieStream can only legally be rented by people over 15 or 18, we only accept customers with credit or debit cards that are restricted to people over 18.

How do I choose the films I want to rent?
After registering with us you will be taken through our QUICK START guide. Also, just click on BROWSE MOVIES at the top of the screen. You can also browse different kinds of film by clicking on the drop-down menu under SEARCH BY GENRE, in the top right hand corner of the screen. Also you can search for films by actor or director by entering their name in the SEARCH BY KEYWORD box. If you don’t know what kind of film you want to watch, you may prefer to look through the selections listed down the left of the screen, including NEW RELEASES, TOP RATED and CRITICS’ CHOICE. How does my Free Trial work?
Depending on which Package you choose, your Free Trial entitles you to watch 2-4 titles within 2 weeks of joining, for free, so that you can see how fast, convenient and reliable MyMovieStream is. If you then decide it's not for you, simply click "Cancel My Account" on the MyAccount page within 2 weeks of joining and before you send your last Free Trial DVD back - and you won't be charged a penny.

I've forgotten my password – can you remind me?
If you’ve forgotten your password, click here and we’ll send it to you in an email. We’ll use the email address you use to log in to MyMovieStream, so if you have two email addresses or more, be sure to check the right one.

When will I be billed?
When your Free Trial ends and you become a full member, we'll charge the first monthly payment to your card, depending on which package you have chosen. This flat rate covers your first full membership month and we will continue to charge on the same day of each month for as long as you continue to use us. But remember, there is no long term contract and, if you decide you want to change to a different package or cancel your account, you are free to do so at any time before your next payment date.

Will I always get the titles at the top of my list?
Sometimes, when there is particularly high demand for a film, we won’t be able to send a copy to everyone who wants it at the same time. We help you to see which films are available “now” and which may be subject to a “Short Wait” within your rental queue. When one of your first choices is temporarily not available we’ll send you films from further down your list. This is why it’s good to keep your list up to date with at least 15 titles that you would like to see.
That said, you should never receive a DVD that is not on your list. If this does happen, please get in touch, either by clicking on Contact Us at the bottom of any page on the site, or by clicking here.

How quickly will I get DVDs?
We send out DVDs as soon as we receive the order, so they usually arrive within one business day of your request on the web site. For example, if you sign up for a Free Trial on a Wednesday lunchtime, we will despatch your initial choices that afternoon by First Class Post and you should receive them Thursday morning.

I've lost the envelope. What do I do?
Our envelopes are pre-paid, so it’s free to send the DVDs back. If you lose one, please return the DVD to MyMovieStream Ltd, Unit 3, Britannia Trade Centre, Ryehill Close, Lodge Farm Industrial Park, Northampton, NN5 7UA.

Can I cancel?
Yes - Very easily, at any time. If you wish to cancel just visit MyAccount and follow the "Cancel my Account" process at the bottom of the page. This can be done at any time before your next payment date and you will have to return any outstanding DVDs. If you wish to cancel during your Free Trial, you must do this before you send back your last Free Trial disk and within 2 weeks of starting your Free Trial.

Can I change up or down between the 1, 2, 3 and 5 disk packages?
Of course! If you want to upgrade or downgrade your subscription package at any time, simply follow the "Change Package" link in MyAccount. The package change will then come into effect on your next billing date.

Can I join again after I have cancelled?
You would be welcome to join us again at any time in the future. Please note, however, the Free Trial is available to new subscribers only. Existing subscribers, or those who have previously enjoyed a free trial with MyMovieStream will not be eligible for a further free trial.

If I have a Voucher Code, how do I use it?
MyMovieStream occasionally provide additional offers to new subscribers, often in association with partner companies. If you have a Voucher Code, please make sure you enter it at the start of the sign up process to claim your offer (This often happens automatically if you click through from a partner site or email for example). The details of the offer you are claiming with your Voucher Code will be re-confirmed to you before you complete the sign-up process.

What happens if I don't have a Voucher Code?
If you don't have a Voucher Code, simply leave this field blank in the sign up process and get cracking with your Free Trial!
