How do I join?

How much does it cost?
Your Free Trial is free, of course! After that - just £14.99 per month. This fixed monthly rate
is charged when your full membership begins (when your Free Trial finishes) and for that you
can rent up to 3 DVDs at a time, and return them to us whenever you like, with no limit of
the number of rentals each month. And because there are no due dates, there are no late fees
either. We even pay the First Class postage for you, both ways.

Why do I have to provide my debit/credit card number when I sign up?
So that you only need to register your details once, at
the beginning of the free trial. It also helps us
to ensure that your details are genuine, and protects
us against customers who may attempt to keep DVDs
after cancelling the free trial.

Why can't I use my Solo card?
Solo cards are available to anyone over the age
of 12. Because many of the DVDs available on MyMovieStream
can only legally be rented by people over 15 or
18, we only accept customers with credit or debit
cards that are restricted to people over 18.

How do I choose the films I want to rent?
After registering with us you will be taken through our
QUICK START guide.
Also, just click on
BROWSE MOVIES
at the top of the screen. You can also browse different
kinds of film by clicking on the drop-down menu under
SEARCH BY GENRE, in the top right hand corner
of the screen. Also you can search for films by actor or director
by entering their name in the SEARCH BY KEYWORD box.
If you don’t know what kind of
film you want to watch, you may prefer to look through
the selections listed down the left of the screen,
including NEW RELEASES, TOP RATED and CRITICS’
CHOICE.

How does my Free Trial work?
Your Free Trial entitles you to watch up to 4 titles within 2 weeks of joining, for free,
so that you can see how fast, convenient and reliable MyMovieStream is. If you then decide
it's not for you, simply tell us you want to cancel your account within 2 weeks of joining
and before you send your 4th DVD back - and you won't be charged a penny.

I've forgotten my password – can you remind me?
If you’ve forgotten your password, click here and
we’ll send it to you in an email. We’ll
use the email address you use to log in to MyMovieStream,
so if you have two email addresses or more, be sure
to check the right one.

When will I be billed?
When your Free Trial ends and you become a full member, we'll charge
the first £14.99 monthly payment to your card. This flat rate covers
you first full membership month on the full 3-disk MyMovieStream package
and we will continue to charge on the same day of each month for as long
as you continue to use us. But remember, there is no long term contract
and, if you decide you want to cancel, you are free to do so at any time
before your next payment date.

Will I always get the titles at the top of my list?
Sometimes, when there is particularly high demand
for a film, we won’t be able to send a copy
to everyone who wants it at the same time. When this
happens, we’ll send you films from further down
your list. This is why it’s good to keep your
list up to date with 20 or 30 films that you would
like to see.
That said, you should never receive a DVD that is
not on your list. If this does happen, please get
in touch, either by clicking on

bottom of any page on the site, or by clicking here.

How quickly will I get DVDs?
We send out DVDs as soon as we receive the order, so they
usually arrive within one business day of your request
on the web site.

I've lost the envelope. What do I do?
Our envelopes are pre-paid, so it’s free to send
the DVDs back. If you lose one, please return the DVD to MyMovieStream Ltd,

Can I cancel?
Yes - Very easily, at any time. If you wish to cancel just visit
MyAccount
and follow the "Cancel my Account" process at the bottom of the page.
This can be done at any time before your next payment date and you will have
to return any outstanding DVDs. If you wish to cancel during your Free Trial,
you must do this before you send back your 4th disk and within 2 weeks of
starting your Free Trial.

Can I join again afterwards?
You would be welcome to join us again at any time in the future.
Please note, however, the Free Trial is available to new subscribers only.
Existing subscribers, or those who have previously enjoyed a free trial with MyMovieStream

If I have a Voucher Code, how do I use it?
MyMovieStream occasionally provide additional offers to new subscribers, often
in association with partner companies. If you have a Voucher Code, please make
sure you enter it at the start of the sign up process to claim your offer (This
often happens automatically if you click through from a partner site or email
for example). The details of the offer you are claiming with your Voucher Code
will be re-confirmed to you before you complete the sign-up process.

What happens if I don't have a Voucher Code?
If you don't have a Voucher Code, simply leave this field blank in the sign up
process and get cracking with your Free Trial!

Ordering DVDs
Once you’ve registered, you’ll be asked to create a list
of the DVDs you’d like to watch. The keener you are to see one,
the higher you should put it in your list.
When you start your Free Trial, we'll send you your first two DVDs straight away, starting at the top of
your list (subject to availability). We will post them to you by first class mail, so they should arrive the
next working day.
When you've finished with one, just put it in the pre-paid envelope it came with, and post it back. As soon
as we receive it we'll send you another one from your list. It's that easy. After your Free Trial, as a full
member, you will be entitled to 3 DVDs at a time.

To make sure we always send you the DVDs you want to watch, you can use
the web site to keep your list up to date.
After watching a DVD, you can give it a rating out of five. As well as
helping other people choose their films, this helps us to learn what kind
of films you like, so we can recommend films that we think you will enjoy.
The more we know about you, the more accurate we’ll be with our
recommendations.
